If your irons are totally dead we may find the PCB (circuit board) is damaged there will be an additional fee of £25.

Replacement arms are £15 each

Replacement ceramic plates are £15 each

The warranty is 3 months on any parts fitted.

We also offer a one off discounted repair service if you are unlucky enough to suffer a different fault within 12 months of the initial repair.

1. Purchase this repair service.

2. Wrap the irons carefully. Make sure the metal plug pins are not able to touch the plastic of the arms or the ceramic plates!

3. Write your details on a piece of paper or print off the email we send to you immediately after your purchase and include with the irons.
