GHD-Guru is owned and operated by Trevor Matthews from a specialist workshop in Rushden, Northants.

Trevor has been repairing consumer electronics since the 1980's, yes, he is that old.

In 2013 Trevor decided to concentrate solely on GHD hair product repairs and since then has completed around 30,000 repairs.

The items he repairs are all made by GHD originally and we usually get to see them after any warranty has expired or the owner has accidentally damaged them.

Damaged cables are a very common issue and are not covered by the GHD warranty.

The products repaired include GHD Hair Straighteners, GHD Hair Dryers, GHD Hot Brushes.

From the oldest GHD hair straighteners, over 25 years old, to the very latest models, like the GHD Gold and GHD Chronos.

Repairs are usually posted to the workshop but we can also accomodate customers who wish to drop off their GHD product for repair.

Repairs are usually completed the same day and returned using Royal Mails1st Class Parcel service.
