This model is brand new and we can help with accidental damage etc not covered by your warranty with the seller or GHD.

Models covered are the Chronos S8M261, the Chronos Max S8M421

Replacement arms are £40 each

Replacement ceramic plates are £40 each

The warranty is 3 months on any parts fitted.

We also offer a one off discounted repair service if you are unlucky enough to suffer a different fault within 12 months of the initial repair.

1. Purchase this repair service.

2. Wrap the irons carefully. Make sure the metal plug pins are not able to touch the plastic of the arms or the ceramic plates!

3. Write your details on a piece of paper or print off the email we send to you immediately after your purchase and include with the irons.
