Repair Service for all older GHD hair straighteners.

Covers all faults, like damaged mains cables, faulty elements etc.

It does not cover broken arms. But we do keep arms for many models in stock, so please contact us first to check if we have the arm required.

Arms are an additional £15 if required and available.

We are no longer able to replace scratched ceramic plates on these older models. Simply because plates in good condition are no longer available.

The warranty is 3 months on any parts fitted.

We also offer a one off discounted repair service if you are unlucky enough to suffer a different fault within 12 months of the initial repair.

1. Purchase this repair service.

2. Wrap the irons carefully. Make sure the metal plug pins are not able to touch the plastic of the arms or the ceramic plates!

3. Write your details on a piece of paper or print off the email we send to you immediately after your purchase and include with the irons.
